Program Overview A hands-on, progressive course that builds poise, presence, and performance skills for new talent. Each three-month phase focuses on practical techniques, studio experience, and performance readiness, culminating in a public showcase and advancement to our Emerging Talent Program.

Welcome & Introduction: A warm introduction to the class, an overview of the industry, and a brief welcome to the parents.

Model Session 1:
Collage day: Students create a model collage showcasing different types of modelling and how to identify each one.

Acting Session 1:
Introduction to Space & Posture. Body Language & Physical Awareness. Exploring the difference between posed, static modeling and fluid, acting-led movement. Learning how to stand tall with presence and confidence without appearing stiff or mechanical.

Model Session 2:
Posing, seamless posing transitions, a range of varied facial expressions, creating dynamic body shapes, and thoughtful, intentional hand placement.

Acting Session 2:
The Art of Reaction. Acting is reacting. Practice responding to imagined prompts using only your body (no words). Facial expressions & the "smize" — tiny facial changes. How to shift mood subtly without moving your whole body. Introducing the "smize" (smiling with your eyes).

Model Session 3
Model walk focusing on posture, rhythm, and posing at the end of the runway.

Acting Session 3:
Telling a Story in One Frame — Narrative modelling. Providing the camera with a clear backstory so the photograph feels naturally alive.

Model Session 4:
Working with the camera — where to direct your gaze, how and when to change poses, and building steady confidence in front of the lens.

Acting Session 4:
Commercial Acting & Slate Practice — Mastering the Slate
The slate is your quick intro to casting directors. Be warm, energetic, and natural.
Non-verbal commercial work often means eating, drinking, or using a product while looking genuinely happy without speaking.

Model Session 5:
Create your own commercial — pick your favorite toy and produce a short, compelling ad to showcase what makes it special.

Acting Session 5:
Audition Technique & Using Improv
Taking Direction Hear and apply a director’s live notes. Clients often say, “Good — do it again, but 50% crazier.”
Mock Audition Day Practice performing under real casting-room pressure.

Fashion show prep plan for a final show, carefully choreographed and fully rehearsed

Showcase fashion show and short mini play, highlighting creative runway looks and a brief theatrical performance.
